Using Nielsen’s heuristic analysis method, we evaluated the chosen competitor store, the Steam Store.

Testers will attempt to execute tasks from User Task List

Each test consists of 3 person, 1 Tester, 1 Host, 1 Facilitator

The Tester : Someone outside the team, who fits the description of the target audience, recruited to test the prototype.

The Host : The host is in charge of introducing and guiding the user through the testing. The host will also interview the tester to receive feedback.

The Facilitator : The facilitator assists the host by facilitating the transition between screens for the paper prototype.
